My name is Nissa Flore Duplessy. I am a Creative Director based in Chicago, working at the intersection of fashion, art, culture, strategy, and visual storytelling.

I am interested in the spaces between disciplines—the moment when an idea becomes an image, when an aesthetic becomes an identity, and when a collection of details becomes an entire world.

My approach is both intuitive and deliberate. I begin with questions: What does this world feel like? What does it believe? What does it make people remember? From there, I develop visual languages that are emotionally resonant, conceptually precise, and built to endure beyond a single trend or moment.

My creative practice moves fluidly between creative direction, fashion, brand identity, editorial storytelling, art direction, and world-building. Whether developing a campaign, shaping a brand, building a collection, or constructing an entirely new visual universe, I look for the deeper narrative beneath the surface.

At the center of her creative practice is Nocturne Voltage—a developing creative universe exploring the relationship between fashion, technology, culture, identity, and imagination.

It represents a belief that the future does not have to abandon beauty, mystery, or humanity.

Instead, it can transform them.

Through Nocturne Voltage, I explore fashion collections, visual narratives, environments, characters, objects, and ideas that feel simultaneously familiar and otherworldly.
